UCTalent
UCTalent is a recruitment platform for high-tech, AI and Web3 roles, combining a job board, a rewarded referral programme and a Smart ATS for employers. Its technical core is an AI matching system between job descriptions and candidate profiles, built on vector embeddings combined with business rules rather than plain keyword matching. I worked on it as a fullstack developer within the team, covering both the Next.js frontend and the NestJS services behind it.
